Travel to Morocco requires a passport valid for six months that does not expire on or before October 23, 2025.

When you pay your deposit, you may opt to pay in full or pay monthly using our payment plan option.

If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our automatic monthly payment plan option. You can opt-out of this program by emailing vena@venacrichlow.com.

If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will make payment on the same date each month until paid in full. Full payment is due by February 13, 2025.

Failure to make full payment by this date will result in cancellation of your reservation.

All information and instructions regarding travel will be sent via email at least 14 days prior to departure.

We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your trip. 

Please be mindful that we suggest and recommend all attendees should arrive into Casablanca (CMN) , before 2 pm, April 23, 2025. This may mean that you will have to leave your city of origin on April 22, 2025.

It is the travelers’ responsibility to notify us of all email/phone/address changes. Notification should be made via email to vena@venacrichlow.com.

In order to arrange your airport transfer, we ask that you purchase your flight to Casablanca before February 28, 2025. If not, we cannot guarantee ground transportation from the airport

Once you purchase your flight, you should email your flight information to vena@ venacrichlow.com with your name in the subject line, so we can ensure transportation is scheduled to transfer you to the hotel.

Making reservations for this luxury wellness experience signifies your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If reserving a double room, you must register with a roommate. Roommates are not provided.
