BILLING PLAN

When you register, you may pay a deposit to reserve your space or you may pay the entire amount in full. You also have the option of enrolling in our automatic billing plan. After paying the deposit, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. At the time of booking, your initial deposit is deducted from the total amount due. Automatic billing is available at no additional charge. You can opt out of automatic billing by sending an email to vena@venacrichlow.com after you make your deposit.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Travel to Mexico requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. Please take a look at your passport right now to be sure it does not expire on or before September 5, 2023.
Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.

When you pay your deposit, you may opt to pay in full or pay monthly using our payment plan option. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our automatic monthly payment plan option. You can opt-out of this program by emailing vena@venacrichlow.com.
If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will make payment on the same date each month until paid in full
All information and instructions regarding travel will be sent via email at least 14 days prior to departure.
Please be mindful that we suggest and recommend all attendees should arrive into Cancun on March 6, before 12 pm.
It is the travelers’ responsibility to notify us of all email address changes. Notification should be made via email to vena@venacrichlow.com
In order to arrange your airport transfer, we ask that you purchase your flight to Cancun before January 31, 2024. If not, we cannot guarantee ground transportation from the airport.
Once you purchase your flight you should enter your flight information into our database, so we can ensure transportation is scheduled to transfer you to resort.
